Does need timing belt and a service done as history is only stamped up to 2016. Paperwork present.
We've tested electrics, water and gas and everything seems to be working apart from a couple of interior lights.  
There is 1 tiny area of water ingress which hasn't spread and is where the water drains off roof/awning rail attaches so we will seal this.
